Physical Products
We sell crystal jewelry and related items for personal enjoyment and adornment. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, size, and texture. These natural variations are normal and are not defects.
We try to display product images and colors accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and the natural qualities of each stone.
Digital Personal Energy Profile Reports
Personal energy profile reports are digital products generated from the information and questionnaire answers you provide. They are designed for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight.
Reports are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. They should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or make important life decisions without qualified professional guidance.
We do not guarantee that any crystal, report, interpretation, or recommendation will produce a specific emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship, health, or life outcome.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, product availability, and offers at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock errors, or misuse of the site. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Shipping
Physical crystal orders are prepared in about 3 business days and shipped from China to customers in the United States. Estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and address issues may affect delivery times.
Digital personal energy profile reports are delivered online and do not require physical shipping.
Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. We take a satisfaction-first approach: if you are unhappy with a physical item or digital report, please contact us first so we can help, replace the item where appropriate, restore access, or issue a refund.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Most order, delivery, billing, and report access issues can be resolved faster through customer support.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and report information. Incorrect email addresses or incomplete shipping addresses may affect delivery or report quality.
Report links and access tokens are intended for the customer who created the report. Do not share private report links if you do not want others to view the report.
